Learning outcomes

At the end of the module you should be able to:

  • Discuss the terminology used in the communication process.
  • Write effective business correspondence in the form of letters, memoranda, paragraphs, an investigative report and a feedback report.
  • Describe how people communicate non-verbally.
  • Communicate effectively in a short oral presentation through Skype.
